    First off I don't give 5⭐ reviews, unless they can walk on water without getting their sandals wet. I was looking for a hot dog and I was pleasantly surprised to get a grilled hot dog that was excellent. I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN!

    Been going here since childhood. Love it. Still go and take my family now. Food is always good dipping my fries in the shake.. Yes life! Don't knock it until you try it.

    Customer service is friendly. The food is awesome. And you should absolutely get a shake. They're perfect!

    A Chico legend. Awesome shakes. Create your own with a mix of flavors. I just got a mint chocolate cherry shake and it was delicious.

    Big Al's has been a staple in Chico for as long as I can remember. Since dating my now husband back in the 80's we've been coming here for cones 🍦🍦 🍟fries and more. The children love the cones and the fresh hot fries are a quick after school treat. I gave 4 stars because the parking lot can use some TLC. I know repairs are costly but maybe pressure wash (after winter) the front grounds, the lot too. Repainting the lines and fixing (remove or replace) broken parking blocks would help tremendously. The enterer is fitting for a vintage burger restaurant /dinner. The staff, to me has always been very pleasant and the food tasty! Obviously they're good! They're still going strong👏👏👏! knock knock
